Job Description:
Digital Growth Manager
  • Manage social media, email marketing, and online presence.
  • Develop and optimize digital marketing strategies to boost traffic and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement new strategies.
  • Monitor brand reputation and engage with customers online.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Track KPIs to measure campaign success.
  • Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance marketing.
  • Build relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach.

 

Requirement

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media and email marketing management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Experience in developing and optimizing digital campaigns for traffic growth and engagement.
  • Familiarity with social media management, content creation, and brand building.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills for online brand reputation management and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and align marketing efforts with company objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to experiment with new strategies and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Educatioin

UG: Preferably BMM/ BCS IT / BMS (Marketing)
PG: MBA/PGDM – Marketing, Advertising / Mass communication
