Order Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before dispatch, free of charge.

Returns Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you wish to return an item, please refer to the policy below.

You can return the item within 14 business days of delivery. You must inform us of the reason for cancellation by email within 14 business days from the date of delivery. You must take reasonable care of the goods and ensure they are not used

Business customers are not eligible to return goods under applicable regulations.

Business customers: We charge a re-stocking fee of 15% of the item’s final price in the event that items are returned through no fault of Vision IT Peripherals Pvt. Ltd. failed deliveries, purchase made in error, unsuitable items, etc.. We reserve the right to test “Unsuitable / Faulty / Dead on Arrival” returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the condition of the product is misrepresented. Any returned item that is damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to tampering may result in a higher restocking fee based on product condition.

International deliveries: All costs related to returning and replacing units will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging.

Warranty

All orders come with a 30 business days RTB (Return to Base) warranty unless specified otherwise for each product.

If a hardware fault occurs within the warranty period, the customer is responsible for safely returning the product to Vision IT Peripherals Pvt. Ltd. for repair or replacement. We can arrange collection of defective products at the customer’s cost. The company will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

WHO IS COVERED?
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end purchaser. A valid sales invoice is required for warranty service.

WHAT IS COVERED?
In the event of a hardware fault, the product may be repaired, replaced, or substituted with an equivalent.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
– Normal wear and tear from usage.
– Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accidents, or abuse.  
– Use of the product beyond its intended purpose.
– Damage caused by unauthorized repair or maintenance.
– Modified or altered products.
– Accidental damage (e.g., screen breakage, liquid damage)  

If a product returned under warranty is found to be damaged or affected by software issues, Vision IT Peripherals Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to charge applicable labor and shipping costs.

Warranty returns will take approximately 14 business days to process once the goods are received in rare cases, processing time may extend due to workload.`
