The products we sell are technical in nature, and detailed specifications may not always be displayed on the website. All images, descriptions, specifications, and advertising are intended to provide an approximate representation of the goods. Full specifications are available directly from the manufacturers.

Typographical Errors
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or incorrect pricing information from suppliers, taxes, or duty changes, Vision IT Peripherals Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

If a pricing error is identified, you will be informed and given the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery
We aim to deliver items as soon as possible. Units requiring component installation may require an additional 1–2 business days. International orders are generally delivered within 15 business days.

Courier Guidelines:
– Deliveries are made to the registered delivery address only
– A recipient must be available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM to receive and sign for the shipment
– Deliveries are not made to alternate addresses

As the products fall under a high-value / sensitive category, strict delivery protocols are followed to ensure secure handling and delivery.

We ship worldwide. International customers must confirm shipping charges if they are not displayed at checkout.
