Returns & Replacements

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 days RTB (Return to Base) warranty (unless otherwise stated).

Please keep all original packaging until you are sure you are happy with supplied equipment. All Goods returned must be returned in its original packaging.

You must inform us of your wish to cancel in email within a period of 14 working days. The period of 14 working days begins after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them.

Customer is responsible for carriage; however we can arrange collection at an additional cost as quoted by the logistic partner.

Please be aware that if the equipment is incorrectly packed and transit damage arises we will not be in a position to offer a refund.

Should we be unable to supply an identical model you will be offered a comparable replacement or a full refund.

If you experience any problems outside of the warranty period please do not hesitate to call us. If we can help we will. We do not consider you a customer only until the warranty expires.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please call us on +91 8097055548 or contact us via our website. We advise you to email us immediately, or call us to stand the best chance of catching us before your order is processed. If you email us, please include a daytime telephone number if possible.

If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will be happy to alter or cancel it with no problems. If we have already sent your order, you will need to return it to us as soon as you receive it (please refer to the Returns section above). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We offer several payment options:

    You can pay online or over the phone by calling +91 8097055548, using a Credit or Debit Card. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/Maestro

    Please note that we can ship to either the address that appears on your credit card statement, or a registered business address. We can’t ship to any domestic address, other than the address that appears on your credit card statement.

  • PayPal
    Please note that we can only ship to an address that is registered to your PayPal account – enter this address in the ‘Billing Address’ section. If you choose to use one of the other cards, rather than PayPal, we can ship to either the cardholder’s address, or a registered business address.

Viewing Orders

Checking the status of your order is easy! Simply visit “My Account” online and sign in with your email and password to view a summary of any orders placed. You’ll find details including your Order Number, Date when the order was placed, Order status, Total amount of the order, shipping method, and tracking information for items that have shipped.
