Returns & Replacements

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 business days RTB (Return to Base) warranty unless otherwise stated.

Please keep all original packaging until you are sure you are satisfied with the supplied equipment. All goods must be returned in their original packaging.

You must inform us of your cancellation request by email within 14 business days from the date of delivery. You must take reasonable care of the goods and ensure they are not used.

The customer is responsible for carriage; however, we can arrange collection at an additional cost as quoted by the logistics partner.

If the equipment is incorrectly packed and transit damage occurs, a refund may not be provided.

Should we be unable to supply an identical model, a comparable replacement or a full refund will be offered.

If you experience any issues outside of the warranty period, please contact our support team. We will assist where possible. Our commitment to customers extends beyond the warranty period.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately by phone or through our website before the order is processed. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it after delivery refer to the Returns section above. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
